Shipping
Most orders are shipped
within 24 hours by UPS Ground or US Mail and must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card.
Next-day or Second-day service is available
at a higher rate. Merchandise is shipped Monday
through Friday.
Payment
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer to
be billed, please complete the on-line credit application
and fax back to 714/835-7280. Opening an account will delay
shipment of order due to processing time of application.
Tax
Tax-exempt customers
(resellers) must submit a current tax-exemption form to be
exempt from California sales tax. Please fax your resale certificate
to 714/835-7280.
Return Policy
To return merchandise, request an RMA from USMILCOM.com. Please enclose a copy of your order or packing slip and the RMA with all returns. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns. Freight charges will be refunded on defective merchandise only.
With regard to defective products, please contact us at 714/835-3545 for help in trouble-shooting the problem before returning the merchandise. Please return product in a "re-sellable" condition: clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents and packaging. After 30 days from invoice, all defective merchandise will be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty.
Custom cables and other build-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Cables deemed defective will be replaced or repaired.
